A modern multi-story building featuring a glass facade and distinctive geometric design, set against a clear sky. The structure's unique angles create an interesting architectural profile.

Located near Central Park, on one of the few remaining open sites in Midtown Manhattan, 118 E 59th Street is conceived as a refined mini-tower residential project. The building’s massing is shaped by its program: smaller studio units occupy the lower floors, gradually transitioning into larger apartments as the tower rises, culminating in a penthouse at the top.

The architectural approach emphasizes a seamless relationship between interior and exterior spaces, creating a residence where light, views and urban life intertwine. The result is a contemporary vertical living environment that responds to its Manhattan context while offering a distinct architectural identity.
