Located on the top floor of the newly rebuilt Atatürk Cultural Center (AKM), BİZ ISTANBUL occupies a space once used as a stage and décor workshop. The restaurant enjoys a remarkable 270-degree panorama that spans the layered history of the city: the Byzantine and Ottoman eras, Kadıköy, the Bosphorus, and the diverse skyline of 21st-century Istanbul.

A fixed canopy shelters the expansive terrace, and an accordion door system allows the interior and exterior to merge into a single unified space for approximately six months of the year. Designed to accommodate 300 guests, the restaurant offers an interpretation of Istanbul’s culinary culture within an atmosphere shaped by its extraordinary views and its position atop one of the city’s most significant cultural institutions.
