Located along one of the rare open-air pedestrian boulevards in Dubai Marina, Crystal Tower is a mixed-use development composed of a hotel and a residential tower. Its faceted glass form distinguishes it from the surrounding high-rises, creating a crystalline silhouette that maximizes sea views for both hotel rooms and apartments.

A public passage begins at the boulevard and gently descends toward the waterfront, lined on both sides with shops and restaurants before culminating in a beach club at the shoreline. This sequence extends the public realm from the boulevard all the way to the sea, reinforcing a continuous urban experience.
Integrated into the building’s geometry, a mosque is discreetly accessed from the tower’s left corner, forming a serene architectural presence that complements the overall composition.
