Dubai Island Hotel and Residences is located on one of the most beautiful coves of Dubai Island, set within a crescent-shaped masterplan that brings together a resort hotel at the center and residential units on both sides. The development is composed of a terraced architectural system that creates a variety of home types at different levels.

At the beach level, a series of waterfront villas establish a direct relationship with the shoreline.
