Located at the tip of Bodrum’s Gündoğan Bay, Hillside Resort & Hotel is a redevelopment of an existing coastal complex. The main hotel block is preserved and transformed, while clusters of family rooms and a series of villas complete the accommodation program. The architectural language draws from the textures and colors of the Aegean, integrating local character into contemporary forms.

Beyond its residential elements, the project includes an infinity pool that visually merges with the sea, as well as a combination of indoor and outdoor spa areas, lounges, restaurants and bars. A large sports hub and an entertainment center further enrich the resort’s communal life.

Set on a sloped terrain, the development is carefully woven into the natural landscape. Existing rock formations and native vegetation are preserved, allowing the resort to blend seamlessly with its surroundings while maximizing views and enhancing the overall coastal experience.
