Island Garden Miami is a mixed-use development located on Watson Island, along the connection route between Miami Beach and the Brickell district. The project combines a residential and hotel tower with a marina accommodating approximately fifty superyachts, creating a prominent waterfront destination.

At the heart of the development is a stepped marketplace composed of terraces that overlook both the marina and the Brickell skyline. Beneath these terraces, a promenade runs parallel to the waterfront, connecting public circulation with retail and leisure areas. The marketplace is organized around a triangular plan. Its central hall hosts market stands, while restaurants and bars are arranged around the perimeter, forming an active social environment. In keeping with Miami’s vibrant culture, the space transforms into a lively nighttime venue, allowing the development to function as both a daytime gathering place and an evening destination.
