Kanyon is Turkey’s first open-air mixed-use development, an urban ensemble of retail, residential and office spaces that rises from Istanbul’s Bosphorus-facing Beşiktaş district toward the summit of Maslak Boulevard. Conceived in the spirit of a natural canyon, the project weaves together the main boulevard, the neighbouring residential fabric and the metro line, creating a continuous topographical and social connection.

Its central amphitheatre-like public space serves as a vibrant stage for cultural events, while the terraced residences establish a direct dialogue with the open-air circulation spine. The project introduced a new model of urban life in Istanbul, blending landscape, public space and architecture into a fluid, experiential environment.
