Located near the marina in Qatar’s Lusail district, Lusail Benchmark is a high-rise residential tower shaped by its environmental context. Although the project begins with a square floor plan, the form shifts diagonally in three dimensions to respond to sun, shade and prevailing wind conditions.

As this geometry extends upward, the building evolves into a series of varied terraces and balconies at different heights. These shifts generate a distinctive architectural expression, creating outdoor living spaces that enhance both the tower’s character and the residents’ experience.
