Aerial view of a modern urban skyline featuring several tall buildings and construction sites, surrounded by lower residential areas with red roofs and green spaces, set against a clear sky.
A 3D architectural rendering of a modern multi-story building with balconies, featuring layered exterior design and greenery around the base. The façade is illuminated, showcasing the structure's details.

Located in Bomonti, one of Istanbul’s emerging transformation districts in recent years, the project stands apart from the surrounding hotel and residential towers by maintaining a moderate height and introducing generous terraces accessible to the people working inside. Designed as a mixed-use complex, the building prioritizes a human-scaled presence in an area otherwise defined by high-rise structures.

Primarily organized as office floors, the project takes advantage of the site’s natural topography to incorporate cafés, bars and a sports center on the lower levels, each with its own terraces and landscaped outdoor areas. This approach enhances the building’s relationship with the street and creates a layered sequence of interior and exterior spaces that support daily urban life.

The result is a contemporary workplace environment that balances functionality with openness, offering ample outdoor areas while contributing to the evolving character of Bomonti.
