Located in Sahrayıcedit on the Asian side of Istanbul, the project occupies one of the last large parcels within a predominantly residential area and is organized around a public park that will be transferred to the municipality after completion. The masterplan introduces a sequence of terraced buildings arranged around courtyards, creating a porous and walkable environment.

Along the axis that connects Atatürk Avenue to the new park, a series of dining venues and retail units form an active commercial spine. This approach enriches neighborhood life while establishing a contemporary urban center shaped by landscape, public space and a human-scaled architectural fabric.
