Tripoli Congress Center is located within a green park in the heart of the city, positioned on the only open clearing where no trees were present. The building is composed of a transparent glass volume surrounded by a bronze mesh colonnade that functions as a protective screen against intense sunlight and sandstorms. A shallow reflecting pool placed within this arcaded layer provides cooling, while the water surface generates a three-dimensional reflection of the building, enhancing its presence within the landscape.

A modern architectural building featuring large glass panels and a wooden exterior with overhangs, surrounded by greenery and clear skies.

At the entrance, a digital metal mesh attached to the transparent foyer façade can display real-time content during events, allowing the congress activities to extend visually into the public realm. Integrated media walls further strengthen this communicative quality, making the center both a civic landmark and a dynamic interface between the institution and the city.
