Zorlu Levent Office is a mixed-use complex composed of a tower and horizontal office blocks situated along Maslak Boulevard, on a site formerly occupied by pharmaceutical factories. The development has three access points connecting it to the main boulevard, a secondary boulevard and a residential street at the rear, integrating the project seamlessly with its urban surroundings.
The tower, positioned along the main boulevard, is formed by five interlocking volumes of varying heights and proportions. Although they function as a single structure, these articulated masses allow each tenant to feel as if they occupy their own distinct vertical block. This spatial strategy enables different companies to express their corporate identities while contributing to a dynamic and varied silhouette along the boulevard.

To optimize the efficiency of the building’s core and reduce the number of elevator shafts, a double-decker elevator system was introduced, allowing multiple floors to be served with fewer vertical circulation elements. Together with the lower office wings, the tower forms a contemporary workplace ensemble that reinterprets the industrial heritage of the site while providing flexible, high-performance office environments suited to the needs of modern businesses.
